Protection of water resources is the primary focus of the Clean Water Act (CWA). TITAN offers a number of services to assist clients in managing compliance issues under the CWA and the myriad of related state and local regulatory programs. TITAN has experienced staff to assist with storm water plans, spill prevention and response plans, and permitting for both storm water and wastewater discharges. This experience covers a multitude of industries including manufacturing, transportation, oil and gas, and food and beverage production. TITAN provides services in project planning and permitting for new facilities or assists with updating plans at existing facilities.
