Senior Hydrogeologist
TITAN Engineering, Inc. is looking for a candidate for All Locations with the following qualifications:

»Consulting knowledge and project management of various environmental multi-media applications such as:

» Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) including all aspects of report preparation under TRRP as well as the Voluntary Cleanup Programs and Innocent Owner/Operator Programs.

» Industrial Solid Waste and Municipal Hazardous Waste Regulations (IHW)

» RCRA/CERCLA knowledge is a plus.

» Experience in work plan preparation and budgeting of soil and groundwater investigations.

» UST/LPST assessment and closure experience.

» Data Usability Summary preparation.

» Waste Management (Characterization, Sampling and Analysis Plans, Waste Classification Determinations, Waste Disposal Assistance, etc.).

» Participation in, and provision of support for, the preparation of subject multi-media reports, including regulatory submittals and permit applications.

» Construction of data spreadsheets, tables, and/or databases.

» Preparation of conceptual process flow diagrams, site drawings and/or other report graphics.

» Experienced in collecting field data including geological descriptions, soil and groundwater sampling, monitor well installation, slug and pump testing, and surface water sampling.

» The candidate will be experienced with managing and analyzing project information under TRRP including analytical (knowledge of TRRP-13 a must), geological, and hydrogeological data for the development of conceptual site models.

Candidate should possess the following skills, traits, and background to be considered for the position:

» Bachelor's degree in geology or hydrogeology.

» Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.

» Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe. Capabilities with respect to Access, would be a bonus.

» Performance of assigned tasks on schedule and on budget.

» Interactions with TCEQ personnel and other third parties.

» Management of business leads, client/prospect interactions, and proposal development.

» Excellent project management skills.

Other accomplishments and capabilities that would positively contribute to our evaluation of candidate's qualifications for the Senior Hydrogeologist position are:

» Registered professional geoscientist.

» Master's degree in geology or hydrogeology.

» OSHA health and safety training.

» Working knowledge of database programming and AutoCAD.

» Prior work experience in the environmental field.

» Prior work experience in an environmental consulting firm.

» Experience in other environmental disciplines.

» Desire to grow professionally.

Senior Environmental Compliance Manager
TITAN Engineering, Inc. is looking for a candidate for the Carrollton,Texas Office with the following qualifications:

»Consulting knowledge and project management of various environmental multi-media applications such as:

» Environmental Management, Compliance, and Recordkeeping Assistance.

» Multi-media Compliance Auditing.

» RCRA/CERCLA knowledge.

» POTW Pretreatment and Significant Industrial User (SIU) permitting.

» EPCRA Compliance (i.e. Tier 2, TRI Form R Reporting).

» Air permitting.

» Oil Spill Prevention and Response Plans (SPCC Planning).

» Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans.

» RCRA permitting.

» Waste Management (Characterization, Sampling and Analysis Plans, Waste Classification Determinations, Waste Disposal Assistance, etc.).

» Participation in, and provision of support for, the preparation of subject multi-media reports, including regulatory submittals and permit applications.

» Registered professional engineer.

» Master's degree in environmental science or environmental engineering.

» OSHA health and safety training.

» Working knowledge of database programming and AutoCAD.

» Prior work experience in an environmental consulting firm.

» Experience in other environmental disciplines.
