Senior Air Specialist Project Manager
TITAN Engineering, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Senior Air Specialist Project Manager to work out of our Houston, Texas Office. with the following experience:

» Participation in, and provision of support for, the preparation of air quality reports, including air regulatory submittals and air permit applications.

» Management of business leads, client/prospect interactions, project management, and proposal development.

» Preparation of air emissions calculations.

» Construction of data spreadsheets, tables, and/or databases.

» Preparation of conceptual process flow diagrams, site drawings and/or other report graphics.

» Performance of assigned tasks on schedule and on budget.

» Interactions with air regulatory personnel and other third parties.

Candidate should possess the following skills, traits, and background to be considered for the Air Specialist position:

» A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related technical or engineering field.

» 5+ years of project management and air quality/environmental science experience.

» Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.

» Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe. Capabilities with respect to Access would be a bonus.

» A congenial, team-oriented demeanor.

Other accomplishments and capabilities that would positively contribute to our evaluation of candidate's qualifications for the Air Specialist position are:

» Participation in the State of Texas P.E. program.

» Master's degree in environmental science or environmental engineering.

» OSHA health and safety training.

» Working knowledge of database programming and AutoCAD.

» Prior work experience in the environmental field.

» Prior work experience in an environmental consulting firm.

» Experience in other environmental disciplines.

» Desire to grow professionally.
